Run To The Roar

Application In Your Life:

  • We as human beings are fearful of two things: Falling and loud noises. Every other fear can be unlearned. When chasing a lion you make think that as fearful or frightening. You have to get out of your personality and comfort zone to experience a truly fulfilled life.
  • Don't accumulate possessions; accumulate experiences. If you do this you end up being possessed by your possessions. There is a world of difference between making a living and making a life. Are you living your life in a way that is worth telling stories about?

Biggest Takeaway:

  • Don't settle for good. I would rather aim high and miss than aim low and hit. You may have to have a sense of urgency to get out of your personality to then chase a five hundred pound lion. Running to the roar not only ignites a sense of purpose in you but also in others around you.

Quotes:

  1. Look for days that will redefine every day after.
  2. Go. Set. Ready.-- Just leap out in faith, then you can get your footing, to then be prepared for another leap.
